Abstract
Trust in health care is important for the achievement of better health outcomes. This dissertation examined trust in health care of health sciences students using the Multidimensional Trust in Health Care Systems Scale (MTHCSS). The three main elements of trust within health care were examined: Health care providers, health care institutions and health care payers.
