Abstract
A computer-based medical information system was created responsive to the needs and objectives of the spinal cord injury rehabilitation program at the Medical University of South Carolina. The system utilizes the Multi-purpose Information Processor program series. The system was developed via the design of data collection forms and the writing of programs for data entry, record generation, and analytic reports. A Reference Manual was written to document system operation.
