Description
1.An academic medical center in the Southeast US had over 10 years of telehealth experience and 80+ telehealth service lines prior to COVID-19. 2.To ensure access to care during COVID-19 and meet new demands, health system leaders and providers had to rapidly redesign how care was delivered. 3.Within the first 3 weeks of the pandemic, the health system increased the percentage of ambulatory telehealth visits from 1% of all visits to 66%.
