Amy Martin, DrPH, MSPH

Amy Martin, DrPH, MSPH, is Professor and Chair of the James B. Edwards College of Dental Medicine's Department of Stomatology and Director of the Division of Population Oral Health. Previously, Martin served as a Senior Investigator and adjunct faculty in the Department of Health Services Policy & Management at the Arnold School of Public Health, University of South Carolina. Martin’s health policy research foci are safety net populations, access to care, and oral health, emphasizing rural Health care and public health systems. Martin holds Doctor and Master of Science in Public Health degrees. She is active in national health policy through various rural and safety-net-serving organizations such as the National Rural Health Association (NRHA) and Medicaid/Medicare/CHIP Services Dental Association (MSDA).
